Processing time

All orders require up to 3-6 business days to process and an additional 1-10 days to be delivered after being shipped out. Please be aware that this time may be shorter depending on the province. All shipments require a signature upon delivery. Packages cannot be left at doorsteps or mailboxes. Return & exchange policy

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. This includes all items bought with any of our coupons or discount codes. Our Return / Exchange policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a repair, refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
