After earning a college diploma in makeup art and design from CMU College in Toronto and Blanche MacDonald in Vancouver, Tonya Jorgensen, CEO & founder, created Elite Blonde Hair to use her skills in hair, makeup, and fashion to bring out each person’s inner glamour.

After studying at a fashion school in New York City, Tonya gained extensive experience in the fashion industry working in New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco, developing a thorough understanding of the fashion and beauty sectors.

Tonya relocated to Canada and settled in Toronto’s Yorkville area. During that period, she faced difficulties in sourcing high-quality blonde hair extensions. Typically, she had to order from U.S. suppliers, incurring high duties, currency exchange fees, taxes, and additional charges

Tonya viewed this as a chance to assist others and chose to study cosmetology: ”I didn’t want to join the industry without any understanding of hair; I aimed to enter as a professional.”

My goal is to provide everyone with the luxury of hair extensions, regardless of their budget and hair condition. At Elite Blonde Hair, we have a solution for each person.
